Shetland Sheepdog Colouring

A graceful Shetland Sheepdog watches over a meadow beside a low fence, with two little sheep in the distance. Shelties are clever herding dogs with pointed faces, alert ears and long flowing coats. Colour the fur golden sable and white, black and white, blue-grey merle, or a three-colour mix with tan markings. Give the sheep soft cream wool, use brown for the fence and fresh greens and yellows across the field. Begin with the white chest ruff and face blaze, add the darker coat sections around them and follow the long fur with smooth strokes. Finish the meadow lightly so the attentive Sheltie remains large and easy to recognise.
