Peacock Spreading Its Beautiful Feathers Colouring Page

A peacock stands proudly with its long display feathers opened into a wide fan. Rows of large eye-shaped markings spread around its small crested head and upright neck. A little grass and a few flowers sit beneath the bird, leaving the magnificent feather display as the main feature of the scene. How to colour: Use royal blue for the head and neck, emerald green for the fan and warm brown for the smaller body feathers. Colour each feather eye with a navy centre, turquoise middle and golden-yellow outer ring. Keep the face patches white and use grey for the bill and legs. Add leaf-green grass and pink flowers with yellow centres. Start the fan with light pencil layers, follow each feather outwards from its base, then colour the eye markings one ring at a time with a sharp pencil.
