Papillon Dog Colouring Page

This lively Papillon trots through a flower garden while a butterfly hovers nearby. The breed's large fringed ears spread like butterfly wings, which is how the Papillon received its name. Keep most of the silky coat white and add patches of black, chestnut, sable or a mix around the ears and face. Choose bright colours for the butterfly and flowers, use several greens for the leaves and make the collar a cheerful contrasting shade. Start with the delicate face markings, follow the long ear fringes with smooth outward strokes and colour the tiny paws carefully. Finish the simple garden lightly so the elegant little dog remains easy to see.
