Osprey Lake Nest Colouring Page

An osprey returns from the lake carrying a fish toward its wide stick platform on top of a tall wooden pole. Two hungry chicks peek over the nest while reeds and ripples show their waterside home. Colour the osprey's underside white or cream, its wings rich brown and the dark eye stripe charcoal. Make the fish silver-blue, the lake bright blue and the reeds green or golden. Use different browns for the pole and woven sticks, then give the chicks soft speckled feathers. Start with the flying bird and broad nest, and finish with the small fish, waves and reed tips.
