Fairywren Pair Colouring Page

A tiny male Superb Fairywren sits proudly on a twig while the female carries a strand of nesting grass through low Australian bushes. Colour the male with brilliant blue and deep black markings, and give the female warm brown feathers, a pale belly and a touch of rusty orange around her eye. Use golden tan for the dry grass, soft green for the bushes and bright little colours for any blossoms. Begin with the birds' round bodies and upright tails, then follow the long grass strand carefully. Finish the open background gently so the small pair remains the centre of attention.
